Travel Insurance:

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unexpected events.
  • The company is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to lack of insurance.

  • The company acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers and is not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage caused by third parties.
  • Any complaints must be reported immediately to our representatives for resolution.

Itinerary Changes:

  • The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any changes will be communicated to travelers as soon as possible.

Health & Safety:

  • Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for the trip. Any health concerns must be communicated before booking.
  • The company is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the trip.

Conduct & Behavior:

  • Travelers must adhere to local laws, customs, and ethical travel practices. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

Force Majeure:

  • The company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Governing Law:

  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Delhi laws.

By booking this trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made before the travel date as per the specified deadline.
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Payment terms :

  • 25% Deposit to be paid at the time of confirmation if more than 60 - 30 days    
  • 50% Deposit to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date  
  • 100% payment to be made 15 Days prior to arrival date 
  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy of service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
  • The company is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or natural disasters.

Cancellation Terms :

  • If cancelled within 60 &ndash 45 days 25% of the tour price will be forfeited 
  • If cancelled within 45 to 30 days 50% of the tour price will be forfeited    
  • If cancelled less than 21 days or no show 100% charges will be applicable
  • Unused portion of any Tour / Services are non-refunable not refundable
