  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made before the travel date as per the specified deadline.
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Payment terms :

  • 25% Deposit to be paid at the time of confirmation if more than 60 - 30 days    
  • 50% Deposit to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date  
  • 100% payment to be made 15 Days prior to arrival date 
  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy of service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
  • The company is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or natural disasters.

Cancellation Terms :

  • If cancelled within 60 &ndash 45 days 25% of the tour price will be forfeited 
  • If cancelled within 45 to 30 days 50% of the tour price will be forfeited    
  • If cancelled less than 21 days or no show 100% charges will be applicable
  • Unused portion of any Tour / Services are non-refunable not refundable
