As a B2B Travel Agent with our travel agency, you will play a pivotal role in serving our corporate clients by facilitating their business travel needs. We are currently seeking an immediate joiner with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our team at our Punjabi Bagh, Delhi location, with onsite responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Understand their specific business travel requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  2. Travel Arrangement Coordination: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of corporate travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and any other requested services. Ensure that all arrangements align with client expectations and travel policies.
  3. Travel Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation, such as visas, passports, and travel contracts, is complete and accurate. Stay updated on travel regulations and compliance requirements to facilitate seamless business travel.
  4. Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to negotiate favorable rates, special packages, and exclusive deals for corporate clients, aiming to optimize travel budgets and experiences.
  5. Client Support: Provide responsive and professional customer support to corporate clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  6. Expense Management: Efficiently process financial transactions, including invoicing and billing, in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  7. Travel Insight: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, travel products, and services to offer informed recommendations to corporate clients, including cost-saving opportunities and travel perks.
  8. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling additional travel services and amenities to enhance corporate traveler’s experiences and contribute to the agency’s revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous B2B Travel Agent Experience: Demonstrate a track record of 1-3 years in a similar role within the travel industry, catering to corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of Business Travel: Possess in-depth knowledge of business travel requirements, including destinations, transportation options, M.I.C.E and travel regulations.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with corporate clients and travel suppliers.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple corporate clients and bookings concurrently.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing reservations, documentation, and financial transactions.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and travel-related software.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for corporate client support and onsite responsibilities.
